Not really - you don't have to read all these books. I think a beginner's book and then this one(it's just my recommendation, it can another "advanced book"): http://www.amazon.com/C-Programming-Language-4th/dp/0321563840/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1386520520&sr=1-1&keywords=bjarne+C%2B%2B will suffice for even a somewhat advanced knowledge of the language.
