Hello there!

We have just released as open source our EOS Multimedia Scripting Environment!

It's a game and multimedia environment coded in C++ with embedded Lua scripting. The project isn't really new (we started developing it some years ago), but, due to its open architecture, extensibility and portability, we think it can still be used to develop new projects.

You can find a little bit of documentation here:

http://www.startupsolutions.it/eos-scripting-environment/

The complete source tree is hosted on GitHub:

https://github.com/ultimoistante/eos-multimedia-scripting

The most important reason which led us to release it is... well... we have no more time to mantain, use and implement new features in it, and since we think that was really a shame to simply trash the work of some years, we have decided to donate it to the world.

Hope someone will find our work interesting, and have fun with it, like we did ;)

Have a good coding experience!

This looks quite promising. When I have a chance (when I'm done my current project) I'll take a look at it! It could be quite useful!

Thanks for this. Going to see if it is useful.

Someone wants to know if the development environment is cross-platform. If so, for which?
