Dear Sirs,

I know this question is asked allot but they alway's compare unity3D with or without 2D toolkit. I can't find articles about the new Unity build in 2D vs starling and air.

What I want to do is creating mobile apps for IOS, Android and Windows 8. Unity can do this.
Air is limited to IOS and Android. So this is already a good reason to use Unity. But in my case. I have a history of AS3 programming and also .net programming.

So I can also use AIR for IOS and Android and then reprogram the app in .net for windows.

Unity on the other hand is C#. I used to use vb.net. It is different but not that different. (And I also know PHP and Javascript)

So what do you suggest?

Unity, Starling, Haxe, something else?

Native is my last option. I do not like native. i like cross platform programming. In my opinion that is also the future (Look at websites but phonegap and Ludei are not there yet).

kind regards
Lord Garfield.

Actually you can code in Javascript for Unity. You listed that you coded in that before. It is not only C#.
