I meant who has what trait/properies/etc (like who is liberal and who is conservative for example). If I try to add a tiny bar like on the congress page the whole government will not fit on one screen...

Well, you can just stick to what fits on the screen, and then you're probably already done,.

Or add characteristics, then when/if those characteristics are implemented make a choice about which ones are best to show on the screen(s)

(maybe add a characteristics-cycle button to let the player decide which characteristics he wants to see)

then have all the characteristics show up on an individual profile screen(like when you click "hire" a screen pops up with the selected official and all his stats, and both a "hire"-button and a "cancel"-button.

I'm still thinking how you "recruit" new people to your pool (court).

Like this: there is a price (money) for clicking the RECRUIT button, it starts at 50 then decreases by -1 every turn (or by -3 if the price is above 20), when you click it (recruit) the price increases by +20.

Then, when you click recruit you are given 3 groups of random people (4 people per group) to choose from, you need to take a whole group. The first group would have on average more skilled people, the second less corrupted ones the third more loyal.

What you think?
