Under your account, on the left a list appears, different sectors, a small thing that annoys me is the fact that two of the items have the same name?

The reputation part, I know that this is almost irrelevant, but, it should be a quick fix to change the name to something more relevant.

it's a bit weird i agree, but they both function to show you reps, one by sorting individual rep post, the other is overall break down. i'm not sure what a good candidate for renaming it would be.

Perhaps instead of renaming one of the tabs, they could both be combined somehow.

Not a bad idea, imagine what if it was like the 2nd type, where it's a list with several pages with just the titles, and then when you clicked on one of them, more detail was given, just like the 1st reputation tab where they also show the content.
