anyone know how to bump map on a 3dfx card? 3dfx has a donut demo which uses bump mapping, but no source was included. the glide sdk docs have nothing about bump mapping. d3d and opengl bump mapping didnt work for me. anyone have any source or know of a site with info for bump mapping on a 3dfx card using glide, d3d, or opengl? preferably with d3d. thanks

nevermind....3dfx bump mapping is just light mapping using a bumpy lightmap.

Actually, I think that most current cards do bump-mapping in a similiar way since true bumpmapping would bring any system to it''s knees .
