are there any? besides poly count? i know you''re still limited to 16bit textures, ect.. but is there any limitation on number of different animations model size, ect? also- are there any legal-issues i should be aware of before using them? if im not mistaken you can use any of id''s formats as long as you dont use their tools to build them.. -eldee ;another space monkey; [ Forced Evolution Studios ]

16bit? u can use any bitdepth u want
possible problem is perhaps cause the verts are packed (as shorts i think) u might be lacking in precision when u unpack them
