and I was hoping someone could tell me how much per hour a beginning programmer makes and the amount of time it takes to train them coming into the industry. This is so I can write a proposal for doing research on the stages a game goes through from start to finish. The way I plan to justify it is by saying that the research would save "my company" time/money to have a document/reference outlining the process in order to train beginners coming into the organization.
