Am I mising something or is there no PHP allowed for the members.gamedev.net/* area?

No and no. We don't even have PHP installed on our webserver.
I believe ASP works though. If not, let me know what it is you want to do and I'll ask if we could turn it on for you.

I didn't think ASP worked... In any case, what sort of database support would there be? I understand from Boolean that even on his specially hosted sites he's limited to Access.
