I know what you mean about the background, was having network problems last night and fell into the trap of just grabbing hold of anything, out of frustration and wanting to get it done to catch up, rather than taking more time to choose a subject, pretty bad mindset though I guess.
Thanks for the advice on drawing limbs, I do tend to design my beasts to have shorter legs in comparison to the rest of their body, not sure if that's what you're pointing out, but I do agree that they don't look quite right, legs and feet are what I have most trouble with drawing.
I've been looking for a good book on anatomy but all the ones I find seem to be lacking, anybody happen to know the names of any good ones?
