I'm a complete newbie with 3D modelling but please don't let this put you off from helping me out, I won't ask too many questions :) Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial on making a simple 3D model of a cog/gear and also a spring? I currently have Anim8or installed but tutorials for any free 3D modelling program would be great. Tutorials for other 3D modellers would be okay aswell as a last resort. Thanks very much! :)
