Last dev diary was quite fun. No idea what else to add.
I'd like more programming related highlights, then again, those won't prolly be too popular for the vast majority of non-programmer crowd. Maybe divide it up in different categories and have a more narrow focus on each of the dev diaries? Wolfire had this with their Overgrowth dev blog posts, they divided it up like "Programming" post, "Art" post, "Design" post, and so on. Then again, they're not regular at all releasing things, so that model might not fit your case.
Sometimes (say, dev diary #102), you upload a video with... less than ideal voice recording. Put a high pass on that thing so we don't hear the low frequency bumps. If you put it on an equalizer you'll notice the low frequency (80Hz and less) "bumps".
Hmm, a bid sad we didn't get more answers how you guys would like the dev diaries to continue. But thanks TheChubu for providing some insight. I'll take it to the team.
I'll ask again anyway: If you'd watch a dev diary regularly, what should it contain?
Meanwhile, here's our latest one. We're going behind the scenes again to show how cutscenes are made.
