Qt itself provides an OpenGL rendering widget if I'm not mistaken, have a look here
If it's a complete engine you're looking for you could probably integrate any engine able to render to a window into a Qt widget. I couldn't really recommend you any engine without knowing what you want to accomplish with it though.
