wow, I almost posted something for the Things you hate thread.
like I was just about to hit the button, that would have been so embarassing

I got started programming because my daddy was a programmer.
he got me started on it for some reason. that was in 6th grade. Unfortunately, for various reasons, I didn''t do very much at that time.

then I started programming again last year, when I got a ti-83 calcumalator. I learned basic, then z80 asm, and then 68K asm (for the incredibly leet/expensive ti-89 of course)

then I took a C++ class finally this year, cause b4 that I didn''t have time for it (actually I did, but I didn''t want to take VB b/c I dislike basic, which was a prerequisite for c++, but since I knew the teacher personally and was a senior this year, I didn''t have to take...whew, breath, gasp for air

anybody else learn asm b4 they learned c(++)/pascal?

I program for the excitement of completing a program. I still run and show my mom what I make, and she says, ''that''s nice, even though I have no idea what that is''

later dudes,
