Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of The Starbucks.

Starbucks make caffeinated beverages, but I wouldn't call it coffee.

Yeah, starbucks is pretty weak but its still far better than canned coffee. Canned coffee is often heated up excessivly to kill any microorganisms (To prevent the brewed coffee from going bad on the shelf), this however also makes canned coffee extremely bitter(similar to a normal brew that you've reheated in the microwave for far too long). Which is why they tend to add insane amounts of sugar and "milk" to make it "drinkable").

If the only thing L.spiro has tried is canned coffee then he is right to hate it, that stuff is vile.

[size="1"]I don't suffer from insanity, I'm enjoying every minute of it.
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!

Yes, L.Spiro is a man. His avatar is a sketch he did of his friend.

I am not so well trained in the ways of coffee.

In Japan coffee is in every beverage vending machine (I have to specify the “beverage” part because of the wide variety of vending machines in Japan, such as those for girls’ used panties, porn, eggs, snacks, cigarettes, etc.), and with it being such an integral part of Japanese culture I would not be surprised if it tastes better than other places’ canned coffee. But I have no basis for comparison.

I suppose I will just assume it is working, though too little for me to notice. On those days when I am extremely tired at work, anything helps.

I do like some coffe from vending machines I know, and consider it tasty (though I drink it twice a year) especially it with big dose of sugar.

every source of coffeine has its own kind of it and they are different, all coffeine works much on me but all of them works somewhat poisonous feeling on me (opossite to oxygene )

As to coffeine sources probably 'cherry coke' tins fits me

the best this years, or maybe weak assam tea would be yet

much better but I dod not drink it more than 5 years

as to coffe i always had an opinion that it makes people grow

older and that all coffeine makes you tired and weary

(but probably in limited extent, I feel also weary and tired not

drinking it too :C )

I also heard it so. But this is how the poem goes and I'm putting it there as is as a homage to the author.

Previously "Krohm"

In English it's "caffeine" with an 'A', not "coffeine" with an 'O'. ph34r.png smile.png

Note: I'm not trying to pick on you, just pointing it out for future reference as I wasn't sure if you'd noticed the less direct references to the spelling made by others. cool.png

Alrright, tnx, I will probably memorise it, For me english is

some kind of fog - I do understand everything I read (at lest 99.5%) but when it comes to writing I produce strange english

results and it improves but it doeas not improve in correctnes but improves in ease of usage only by now

You write better English than I could write any other (natural/non-programming) language! smile.png

...and to contribute to the actual conversation a little, I've never been a fan of any heated drink such as tea or coffee, but I did drink a lot of coke until recently. My wife and I have now cut back and only have soft-drinks on Monday nights (which is my regular D&D night) or when dining out, usually preferring to just have water instead. It's saving us a reasonable amount of money, and is undoubtedly healthier. I'm not sure whether it was the caffeine, the sugar, or a mixture of both, but I've also found that I get to sleep faster and have a more restful sleep since making the change.

"I did not experienced it, therefore everyone else is lying." heh

Anyway, I like it. "Real" coffee is good but i'm a lazy SOB so instant coffee for me tongue.png

I'm not too fond of sugar/cream on coffee. Except maybe some capuccino variety, but for the everyday coffee, its plain black coffee for me.
