I personally looked at the site to see what they're all talking about, and well, it looks a bit weird.
In my broken Persian, it sounds like it's one of those "We're providing the hosting for this site, but the owner hasn't set up a page yet, so we're going to display this default hosting page" kind of things.
Also, some people from Israel claim that if you navigate to the site from an Israili IP and use Internet Explorer, the site will attempt to install an IE trojan on your machine.
Anyway, I wonder if president Ahmadinejad will eventually post about his adventures with harassing girls and stuff like in my journal.
UPDATE: It looks like the site actually contains information now. I'll try reading the Persian one and compare it to the English one next time I felt like I wanted to read something.
