The only thing set in stone at the moment is that Project Harbinger is going to be a pretty simple text-based RPG. More info coming soon.
XBox 360 UpdateSince I know you're all so worried, I'll let you know how my phone call went with XBox Tech support. First I got some lame ass automated bull crap that tried to sound human (e.g. "An XBox 360. Gotcha!") I had to go through a second time because the voice recognition crap fucked up and sent me to the wrong thing. Then, I get some Australian guy (VERY thick accent) who doesn't seem to know anything. I answer his questions, give him the reference numbers from my e-mail, blah, blah, blah. Finally, we figure out that neither of us has a fucking clue what's wrong with it and we come to the magical point of the conversation
"Your console needs to be repaired. Let me enter the information...*LONG silence*...Just entering the information something or other...*another LONG silence*...something...*and again*...There we go. Blah blah blah, since it's no longer under warranty it's going to cost you $149 plus the cost of shipping to us. We'll pay to ship it back."
The only thing that catches me off guard is HOW CAN HE GIVE ME A FIGURE WHEN HE HAS NO FUCKING CLUE WHAT IS WRONG? >_<
I could be paying to send it in and have a professional install a $3 item for all he knows.
Anyway, at the end of the month I'll probably end up spending my Christmas money as well as some of my mom's money to get my 360 fixed just so it can most likely break 3 months down the road.
Cookie to the person who figures out the secret behind this entry (You don't count LinkOfAzeroth.)
For me, it's the Queenslanders who have what I think is what people regard as an "Aussie" accent, but as a native I've got no clue what an Australian accent actually sounds like - so I'm curious as to how the rest of the world thinks we talk.
