C# Workshop - Project 1: Maze Generator

I do have a question. Based on my understanding of algorithm, my code seems to work as JWalsh described when the wall are knocked down in order. However, when the walls are knocked out of order, some of the rooms are cordoned from the others. It's like private mini-mazes in a larger maze. What did I do wrong?
