In this daily blog (and video)-series I take a first impressions look at the best mobile games that I come by. Be sure to share your favorite mobile game with the rest of us in the comments below!

Super Rocket Pets is a neat little casual game that reminds me a lot of Jetpack Joyride. As opposed to Jetpack Joyride, however, Rocket Pets is split into worlds, with each world consisting of several parts.

The monetization is very fair: Pay $1 to remove all ads, or just live with the occasional skippable video ad.

Overall, a neat little casual game with several Happy Tree Friends-style characters and hats to unlock to keep us entertained.

What do you think the audience of this game truly is?

The casual gamer, for sure. The same people who played Jetpack Joyride back in the day. So a good mix of age-groups and gender.

What are your own thoughts?

Mobile games are harder to simply say, "Oh its super cartoonish, its a kid game." Still this one edges on that very kiddy art style.

It has a cartoonish art-style for sure. But older people watch cartoonish animations too (Family Guy is popular, also among older audience members, for example).

But I agree with you. It's still a really neat game, though :)

Okay, Family Guy is on the edge of kid cartoonish, while some of this game's characters are solidly in the middle of that field. ;P
