It works very simply, you need:
1. A donkey
2. A machine gun
3. A community centre
Bring the donkey and the machine gun to your nearest community centre, and ask for a full load of lima beans.
If, at any point, the person in charge refused to load your donkey, you will need to take use of the machine gun and shoot everyone in the community centre.
