Shooting bullets in direct3d?
How exactly does firing a gun or such differ from 2d in 3d in 2d it was kinda simple but i dunno how to or do i have a clue how to shoot one in 3d? lol could someone possibly explain?

well, you could use billboarding, point sprites, texture quads... Each should have their own velocities and positions etc.,
