powerdraw pre-release

If I now install the second pre-release of powerdraw 3, will the program I make work with the full release?
Since the second pre-release is considered "almost final", the full version will be very similar and you''ll only have to update some files.

As I said in other post, after my experiments I''ve decided not to do sound support, ''cause I won''t beat FMOD and BASS. About TCP... have you heard about my PowerNet tools? I might update it as well
