Design/Technical Document Word Templates?

Does anyone know where to get an example of templates etc from somewhere that would show what types of headings etc are decent for game programming design document development?
Also, I understand what a design document is, but what does the technical document encompass?
There are a few template design docs and general guidelines in the Articles and Resources section of GameDev.
The technical document is where you lay out the actual design of the code itself. This would be usually written by an experienced programmer.

Yep the game design describes the game/software (in great detail). The technical design states how you plan to implement the game as described in the design. It might also include other technical issues such as tools required.
