Direct3D9 - ID3DXSprite, i dont see anything

The DX9 Summer Update made significant changes to the sprite interface, that''s why different people are seeing different definitions for its methods.

That''s funny, I''ll try to stay the hell away from that version of DirectX9 then. I just downloaded the sdk about a month ago. I wonder why I don''t have the most recent one.

That version is much better. It''s a trivial change to get the sprites to work like they used to (no functionality has been removed), and the sprites are much faster. Not to mention the font stuff that relies on it is much much faster.
