Hi, My name is Khalel. I am going to start learning how to make games but i don't think my dad wants to spend money to get me a book so i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a online tutorial.

One of the best places to start is just the DX examples. Start with the simple ones and modify them. They come with graphics you can mess around with as well.
