Hi, i am programming a Visual C++ .net RObotcontrol. This is running on a PC and should interact with the control of the robotunit. Now i am thinking about if i should make an animation which shows the user in my Dialog how the Robot moves. For that i would like to do an OpenGl thing. i have never done anything in it. SO y think i can manage it with not too much time or y think i can find somewhere some basic porgramms which providing a very simple 3-D simuation where i can pass my Robot coordinates??? So what y can recommend me , should i try or should i not? I have 6 month time to finsh think can be also a bit more. I would spend 1 month or a bit more all in all just on OpenGl??? Thank you for answering

it woul dbe easy to do in OGL, if you wanna keep it quick and simple that is, but i guess'd you'd need to be confident in your 3d math skills first
It's certainly acheivable under 6months, why not try it out? As long as you get your other work done in time, this could prove to be a useful side experiment.
