D3DRS_ZBIAS - cards compatibility
Any experience with D3DRS_ZBIAS regarding video cards compatibility?
I'm rendering all transparent polygons with SetRenderState(D3DRS_ZBIAS, 16) to make them infront of opaque ones.
It works well on few graphics cards but I'm not sure how much it is supported and gives the same results on others.
Not personally, but Tom Forsyth put up a great post about it and why it's not a particularly great thing to use. He also suggests a better alternative. Hope that helps.
