PASCAL is just there for 16 to 32-bit portablility. people who still use PASCAL must be pre-Win32s programmers lol. it is a hark back to the old Win 3.1 programming days. 32-bit editions of VC don't even truly support it. see MSDN: "Exporting PASCAL-Like Symbols in 32-Bit DLLs."
