Does anyone know a good site for learning how to decode MP3_CBR (constant bitrate) Audio? I searched google/wikipedia is blocked in my region, so any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. An alternative would be a prebuilt DLL for mp3 decoding, but it has to be able to give me raw data so I can apply the Fourier transform.

A JPEG is worth a thousand and twenty four DWORD's. ;)
Note: Due to vacationing my website will not be updated till late-August. Of course I still have internet, but who wants to program during a vacation?
