hi... Is there any java library or source out that enable a java application/servlet to limit or control bandwidth? Thanks

According to
them
you can easely achive this effect by using Thread.Sleep(xxx) after spceific amount of bytes have been received/sent.
Here
you can find Bandwidth Utilization monitor, which could help you to analyze your results...
