I'm working on a pet-project and it requires an online database. Anybody know where to sign up for free MSSQL/MYSQL service? Also, a free ASP.NET hosting might come in handy as well. If not free then I am willing to pay for it as well. thanks.

I am using FreeWebDot. They give free shared ASP.NET 1.1/2.0 hosting with SQL Server, and generous space and bandwidth.

Check ByetHost.

I cannot find a better free hoster so far. they are believable with friendly support. I am hosted there.
