How to make a side scrollers game?
Recently I want to make a side scrollers game like the old game Super Mario !
But i donot have any experience about this .
So , can somebody post some web links here about this type game ?

Tile Studio is excellent.
Mappy is also very popular (but not as polished).
I also recommend Tonypa's excellent tutorial on tile based games, here:

He uses Flash for language though, but the code is really easy to understand (if you're a novice programmer) and can easily be translated to C/C++ code. It's a very good read for understanding the "mechanics" behind a tile based game.
