sampler3d HLSL problem

Hello Does someone have example, how to use sampler3d in HLSL and c#. I want to load couple of bmp images as 3d texture and send it to HLSL 3d texture variable and then do some calculation and mapping with tex3d instruction. Thanks for any help.
