I am trying hard to code a replacement for glulookat............ I am messing up all those matrix multiplications and cross products. Do anyone have the code already...please help.......

Have a look at the Mesa source code. You can actually see their implementation of gluLookat and change it for your needs. Considering the licence, of course.
