Get the quaternion rotation between two points

I think, the "rotation" and "rotation theta" together represent the quaternion. "rotation" represents the x,y,z axis, and "rotation theta" is an angle.

For example, "0 0 1 45" to rotate 45 degrees around the z-axis.
