Making HTML management-type, text-based, space-war themed online browser game

I am going to be working on a browser game. Therefore because I am a beginner (with a programming friend)to create a game like ogame. My friend does not know php like me and therefore we are new to this type of programming. We have a good story plot and therefore only need help and support.
