Is there any known emacs mode for HLSL and/or Cg?

It is much faster to open a shader in emacs if you need to fast see something. Emacs opens almost as fast as notepad for difference of visual studio. And many times I work on shader only, so I don't need to open visual studio at all ... not to mention about linux development :-).
