Hello can software analysis and design methods like OMT, Scrum, XP, etc., be used in game development?

Certainly. Agile methodologies are fairly popular in the game industry, and have been growing in popularity for the last couple of years. There are a number of studios that have adapted XP, Scrum, and similar methods to game development. In fact there's was a very good roundtable discussion about it at last year's GDC, in which several of the adaptations were mentioned. (My coverage of that roundtable for GDNet is available here.)

THanks ApochPiQ for answering my question.

Do you think that agile methods are suitable for large teams developing games?
Does the genre of game affect the agile methods utilizing?
I know that design methods are for commeercial software not for games because games have features that don't exist in software like sounds, graphics and animation, etc. How can we apply these methods for games?
