TI-84 Plus Assembly
This is everything I know about assembly language on the TI-84 Plus Calculator.
To get a great emulator just click the following link and unzip, then read the readme. (by the way the filefactory site's pop up are very annoying but not imposing)
After that just follow Learn TI-83 Plus Assembly In 28 Days, if you can figure it out...

damn I haven't seen that page is years!
So I'm not quite sure what the question is...? Are you asking what it means to assemble (ie: compile) a program? If so, take a look here.
