Professional Games made in BCB 5.0
BCB 5, is a waste of money for a game maker. If you want to make games you do not need all that RAD capabilities and the VCL and the such. All you need is the compiler, the basic std and windows libs and headers, and the opengl lib, or directx lib. And the funny part is that Borland released the compiler and libs that are in BCB 5 For FREE!! its unbelievable. I''ve been using BCC 5.5 the compiler for a long time, its it rather good. Thats what All of my programs are going to be done in.

Baldur''s Gate used Borland C++ Builder for the game launcher (a form with a couple of TImage components on it) and Borland C++ for the game itself. Look through the executables with a hex editor to prove it to yourself.
