In the story:

Star says,

"I want to call 1UP so much, but if I do that
Bunny will get to call me. What should I do?"

Papa Star:

"Self-preservation is the most important.
There is no tomorrow if you don't save yourself!"

Ok, with that in mind...

Star command:
Rotate D7 1xCW, stay.
Day 13 1UP

1UP's options:

1) Pick one: [ Spawn | Place | Rotate | Wait ]
2) Pick one: [ Move | Stay ]
3) Pick one: [ Expose | Keep ]

I forgot that expose is now a separate step.

1UP's command:

Rotate D2 CCWx1, Move from F4 to E3.

1UP thinks:

"If Bunny rotates G2, I will rotate E3 to attack.
If Bunny attack again from G1, I will rotate E2."

Day 14 Bunny

Bunny's options:

1) Pick one: [ Spawn | Place | Rotate | Wait ]
2) Pick one: [ Move | Stay ]
3) Pick one: [ Expose | Keep ]

If Bunny attacks from either tile, it's already too late, is it not?
Re: Bunny's Plan

Is screwed. In short.
How? All Bunny has to do is turn G1 3x in either direction (3x to keep the networks isolated), and wipe out 1UP. What am I missing here?
Re:

There is no path leading to 1UP after turning G1.
So if Bunny rotates, 1UP would get to attack first.
Bunny:

Place Left Tile at I1.
Stay

H2 can be rotated later for a disjointed network, and it should be relatively easy to reach the power plant or whatever that is within a few turns if things don't get too ugly.
Re: Command

You can't place a tile if none of its segment connects to an existing segment.
