SDL Blank screen in VC++ 08

I wrote some simple code using SDL to display a couple of images to the screen. When I try to run from VC++ 2008 all I get is a blank screen with no errors. When I run the executable from the project directory, it runs fine. When I run the same code from DevC++ it runs fine. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

Maybe you are using different working directories.

BTW, are you using SDL 1.3 or SDL 1.2?

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

I'm using SDL 1.2.13

Thanks Ricardo that was it. I needed to change the project's working directory.
