Hello, my name is Kieran. I have 2 years of C++ experience, quite a bit of HTML and CSS experience and I am now looking to learn java. My goal is to spend a few hours every night for the rest of this year learning to program, or programming a web based java game (as an example, runescape). Here is a brief list of the things I am wanting help with: * What software do I need to program web based applications in java? * Is there a certain area of java I need to specialize in for web applications? * Do you know of any places I can look to find tutorials or books that will help me to learn this area of java? * Is there anything else you feel I need to know?
