I recently purchased the book "Isometric Game Programming With DirectX 7".
The only problem is there is no CD included. Is it possible to get this content from somewhere?
Can anyone create an ISO for me?

In my case it was another book missing the CD. You could also send the author an E-Mail, or ask who ever you have bought the book from for a replacement.
I was wondering if anyone has yet upgraded the source code from DirectX 7.0 to DirectX 9.0 yet?
