Just to save everybody time, here's the image uploaded elsewhere, since viewing an image on a image hosting service is a lot easier than downloading a file from a file sharing service:

TL;DR version
It's a sprite sheet ripped off of a Megaman game.

I'm not a native speaker.
"ripped off" means "stolen" ?
all i know is it was on google and i pallet-swapped and added some minor adjustments
Then it's not "your" sprite collection.

Copyright infringement is heavily frowned on.

Do some research into how to make your own sprites and learn, pallet swaping is one way to start but claiming it to be your own work is a big nono.
You may want to read 'So You Want To Be A Pixel Artist?', but there are many other tutorials and articles about creating sprites and pixel art. Go look for some - and then just practice a lot. Good luck!

No, that's not right. Newb or not, editing someone else's work does not make it your own.
