Be a major, full time composer (i.e. John Williams, Danny Elfman, Tyler Bates, that level of stuff). While I am freelancing full time.... I don't consider myself major at all.... yet. :P Here's hoping!

Dream job? Undisputed ruler of existence. My responsibilities include helping people if they please me. I normally sit for hours thinking about how awesome I would be before I snap out of it and realize I need to clean up cat shit on the carpet.

*sigh* ...Someday.

More realistically, a game designer, artist and programmer that is well-respected and will be remembered. Being CEO of own company brought up from the ground preferred.
My dream job?
Well that would be to become a very successfull Game Designer/Graphics Artist/Writer

My all around dream in the Game Industry?
To create a huge and realistic world for the player, who, after spending a few minutes with the game, will be grasped by it's beauty. I want to create a world rich with stories, characters, cities, villages, nations and guilds. With the same actuall fealing as if it is a real living world.

With tons of features making it possible to configure the games every corners to your liking. And of course, let the game and its expansions live on for decades.

Astronaut

Seconded. We'll need some serious advancements in space flight before that'll happen though. Has NASA ever sent up a computer scientist?

Your job doesn't matter anymore since you can now pay to be sent up. You just need the cash.

Ironically, it is now far more likely for someone like a successful Hedge fund manager to be able to go up in space than for someone trying to become an "official" astronaut.

True enough, but I'd much rather go up as a contributing scientist than some wienie who is just there to take pictures and get in the way of the people actually doing work.

I really wouldn't consider someone who pays to go into space to be an astronaut. They're more of a space tourist.

Anything involving creating a profitable major company from scratch I guess.

If that's not possible, well, I'm already a programmer.. :p
Programmer at Epic Games or working at NASA or professor at MIT or owner of a game developer site kinda like the one I'm working on but with users and some form of income...
