hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but since it is the basic forum for beginners, I am placing my question here.

I need to interpret TGA texture file of 105 pixel depth. any one knows how to do so? For example, how many bytes for rgba and what do the rest of the bits represent. the texture is an uncompresed one.

Thanks,Swtsvn

I don't quite understand what you mean with 105 bits

but in any case http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truevision_TGA#Header

In the 5 field in the header: Image specification (field 5), the subfield 5 has the pixel depth info per-pixel, which to my understanding can't be greater then 32 bits.

Are you sure you're not misreading the header and reading the image width as bit depth or something?
