ok, i wanted to ask HOW specifically , using OpenGL and ATI Radeon''s Extentions , I can make DOTPRODUCT3 and Enviromental Bump Mapping? my card supports it. thanx

Look into the texture_env_dot3 OpenGL-extension. That should do the trick.
