Hi everyone,

For Cities XL players can visit another players city through an avatar but what if the other player is offline? Are you still able to visit their city?

And if you can how does the game know what buildings are where and what if the player goes offline while you are in their city?

I got Cities Xl after their server was closed down so I don't know.
