Mesh looking at the same direction as the camera

How do I set the rotation matrix (pitch, yaw, roll) for a mesh to make the mesh look at the same direction the camera is looking at?

Resolved! I had to use the same (look at) method to do the rotation according to the camera target point, anyone know how to do the opposite? (Camera looking at the same direction the mesh is looking at)
check the sample, multianimation in the directx sdk , its for d3d9 to
